Gladys' Ranch House has been in our family since 1912.  Our family has enjoyed this working cattle ranch for five generations in Cistern, Texas.  Cistern is conveniently located in Central Texas between Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.  Owner, Gladys Holub, started Gladys' Cookie Shop on this location 33 years ago.  Her daughter continues the bakery business to this day.  See www.gladysfruitcakes.com for more information.
